08.13.12 - The last tournament of the Summer Tour... wow. I can't
believe how well you did these past couple months. I don't think we
give you enough credit for what you just accomplished. You are such a
great golfer and you have learned it so quickly. Always making us
proud, always trying to make us happy, Penny, thank you so much for
trying your best. I really wanted you to end strong so that you and
everyone know that you worked hard to get to where you are. You deserve
getting 2nd in the overall championship, and I mean that in the BEST
way. Sure, Faith won 1st most of the tournaments, but I don't count her
because she's older and has way more experience than you. Besides, you
were the ONLY one who got the 1st place when Faith wasn't there. You
were the best that day and everyone wanted your medal.
Today,
you were amazing. You played so well. And your putting was superb.
That's my girl. That's how you can hit a 40. And in 102 degree heat!!!
