04.05.12 - Making Easter Eggs

The girls made Easter eggs together.  I think it was Pepper's first time doing them.  I hope they had fun!  The eggs look great girls!

 


04.08.12 - Easter Day!

The girls had a special Easter Egg Hunt at home, like they do every year.  The eggs are hidden all over the house and they get to fill up their baskets!  Over 50 eggs were hidden and found!

Month 40

4.02.12 - Month 40

Pepper turns 40 months today.  She's been a great daughter and she's growing up so fast.  She's wearing the Rapunzel wig that Penny wore in her musical!

Tangled

4.01.12 - Penny as Rapunzel in Tangled

Penny had the lead part in the musical, Tangled.  She played Rapunzel and was so awesome!  She blew me away.  She knew all her lines, sang her songs on beat and spoke and sang clearly.  She worked really hard and it showed. We're so proud of her.

Movie time!

3.30.12 - The Lorax

While Mommy was at her friends for dinner, Daddy surprised the girls with tickets to the movie!  It was The Lorax in 3D.  This was Pepper's first movie at a theater.

3.28.12 - Rockin' Crawfish

While Mommy was in Chicago visiting her Aunt, Daddy took the girls to his favorite restaurant.  I love this picture because they both have the same smiles.  It's so cute.

Soccer!

3.19.12 - First day of soccer!

Penny has been wanting to play soccer with a team for awhile now so when she got accepted off the waitlist, we let her join.  A lot of the girls from her class are on the team so I'm hoping that she'll bond with some of these girls since Ani and Mia will be gone next school year.

Penny played so well!  I was really surprised.  She listened well and played hard.  She learned the game quickly and had so much fun.  I was really proud of her.

BFF

3.12.12 - BFF Ani

Ani is one of Penny's BFFs.  Mia is the other.  They're both moving and not attending RHS next year.  Ani actually already moved to Mountain View so she started her new school this past Monday.I'm really sad that Penny is losing her 2 BFFs.  I'm sure we'll see Mia around since I'm good friends with her mom.  Ani, Mia and Penny are the smartest girls in the whole first grade.  Now it's just Penny. I hope next year Penny will meet more smart and nice girls like Ani and Mia.

Penny and Ani had their last playdate before she moved away.  They play so well together.  I'll really miss having Ani in Penny's life.
